Domestic

There are two ways to receive your order:

1. Home Delivery
2. Parex Store Pick Up
3. BoxNow – Delivery on 24-hour Automatic Machine

Home Delivery

All orders are sent with the courier company Speedex, which provides a large delivery network in all of Greece, in order to serve you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can ask for your order to be delivered to a nearby store of the collaborating courier company.

Store Pick Up

You also have the option of picking up your order from the physical stores without any commitment. The delivery time with our internal routes is 1-5 working days. As soon as your order arrives at the store you have selected we will inform you by email or phone, so that you can pick it up from the store. All the orders will be returned to our warehouse in 5 working days from the date they were delivered to the store.

BoxNow – Delivery on 24-hour Automatic Machine

With Box Now Delivery, you can pick up your parcel any time (24/7) from the locker that suits you!

1. Select BoxNow – Delivery on 24-hour Automatic Machine as your shipping method during checkout.
2. Choose the Box Now Locker that is convenient for you.
3. When your parcel is ready for pick up, you will receive a message via Viber/SMS with a six-digit PIN code.
4. Use this PIN code on the keyboard of the Automatic Machine to collect your parcel from the corresponding drop box.

MORE INFORMATION:

• Your parcel will arrive at the Box Now Locker next day from the day the order is shipped and it will be waiting for you for 48 hours. You can extend this period for another 24 hours upon request at boxnow.gr.
• You can track your order progress from boxnow.gr.
• This service is only available for orders which are delivered in Greece.
• The only available payment methods are Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.

International

You can receive your order in your place, by selecting Home Delivery. Βased on the postal code of your area you will receive your order by post or a courier service. You will always be informed by email for the dispatch number of your parcel. 

We deliver to the following countries in Europe: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Customs & Duties burden the recipient.

Shipping Times

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within two working days from the moment they are registered in our system.

This process might take longer in periods of sales or offers.

Moreover, the above time might be modified in emergency situations. The emergency situations are events such as wars, severe weather conditions, strikes, high jackings, natural disasters etc.
