Call the courier company which delivered your order (<strong>Speedex <\/strong>801 11 000 11 &amp; 210 34 07 000 and <strong>Geniki Taxydromiki<\/strong> 210 48 51 100) and inform them to come and pick up your packet which is to be returned. Take advantage of the fee of \u20ac3 for your return (the amount will be paid to the courier on the 2nd shipping of the package) or of the fee of 3\u20ac for the refund (the amount will be deducted from the refund amount) by declaring recipient charging when you are returning the package, a price which is ensured by Parex through its cooperation with the courier companies.<\/p><h4>International Returns<\/h4><p>Returning products from abroad is done with the customer being charged and only with the use of a trackable transportation service (courier).<\/p><p>After filling out the return paper, simply pack the product in the package you receive it in and send it back to us.
